Although Hatch succeeded in getting a deal that means the Senate will, sooner or later, pass TPA, he is not a happy man. “I’m about ready to kill somebody,” he said, according to Politico.com.

Senate Republicans and Democrats reached a deal this afternoon to get a vote to begin debate on Trade Promotion Authority (TPA), following yesterday’s failure.
