However, in CEE quality of regulation and transparency have increased due to the need to attract private sector investment in the sector (EBRD Transition Report, 2015-2016). In 2015, development of PPP legislation, procurement and anti-corruption; important for attracting funds into infrastructure projects.
Possible Abe-Xi Meeting at Beijing APEC Summit

The New York Times reported today that, according to Japanese officials, the two countries are working on an agreement for at least a photo op, and perhaps a 15-minute non-substantive meeting between Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and Chinese President Xi Jinping during APEC.
